With advanced agricultural production techniques in controlled greenhouse conditions (and greenhouses), there are several harvests during one year, ie two to three, at the end of the winter or early spring, and in the middle and late summer. The surface is fibrous and sticky. There are many species of tomato that are grown worldwide and in Macedonia. The most famous are: apple apple, which is why in the Central European countries tomato is called “tomato” (croatian) or “paradise” (Czech), a small variety of cherry tomato called cherry, jagger, oxen, pink or industrial tomato etc.
